please help me find this song. (song starts 4 minutes in)

I’ve tried looking through Google, it just kept on bringing irrelevant things up.Also tried using various lyric finder websites with no joy.and I even tried two apps on my phone (sound hound and shazam) was a long shot but you never know.YouTube was having none of it either.

If any one could tell me the name of the song I would be forever in your debt!
